Wish to buy Canadian spruce

An South African company is looking for a reliable supplier who can provide American bass wood and Canadian spruce. Supplier could be from Usa but quality should be good and the prices should be reasonable. Both timbers need to be kiln dried and comply with South African import regulations. I need confirmation that the Canadian spruce is a stable wood that will not warp when cut to frame size and in coastal conditions. We need 25 unit for initial and payment will be discuss. I am waiting for a prompt response.
